Goods or products sold are not returnable, refundable and exchangable unless the products received are proven defective or damaged during delivery process and must be reported with proof(s) within 7 days upon receiving the goods and products.

If we approved the returning or exchange request, the products must be returned to us in good condition with no additional damage or defects cause by the receiver or buyer or during the return delivery process. Should the said matter happened, Nafahaat Sdn Bhd shall not held liable on the loss as for any claim or exchange will be rejected.
