Frequently Asked Questions

To order your purchase:
1. Click “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.
2. Click “Continue Shopping” to continue and add other products into the cart or click “Checkout” to proceed your payment for the products.
3. You’ll reach a log in page where you need to log in your account using your Username and Password. If you don’t have an account created yet, you can register an account before you proceed your payment. Alternatively, you can proceed to place an order as guest checkout.
4. You’ll need to confirm your shipping address on the “Shipping Address” page and click “next” button.
5. Then, you will need to select your shipping methods and click “next” button.
6. Choose your payment method then click “next” button.
7. After that, you need to reconfirm your billing details and agree on the terms and condition. 8. Click “Confirm Order” to complete the order.

Click on “Lost Password?” and fill your email that used to register the account in the box.

A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.

Yes, if the order is still on pending status.

Please send an email to our customers service email at sales@nafahaat.com.my with the message title “Request to cancel order” in order to inform us about the cancellation order. Orders that are in shipping or shipped cannot be cancelled.

All products transaction currency will be done in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR).

Yes, we do ship worldwide to almost all countries. You can check the estimate shipping costs by adding items into cart, click checkout and click estimate shipping & taxes. Choose the destination country and click get quotes. If our system unable to give estimate shipping costs during checkout, kindly notify us. We will check whether we can ship your order to your destination country.

However, due to full lockdown in Malaysia from 1st June until 14 June, we are sorry as the shipping worldwide will be suspended for the time being.

Delivery usually will take about:

Malaysia (Courier Express): 1-3 working days Malaysia (Economy delivery): 7-10 working days International delivery: 14-30 working days depending on your location distance from your major cities. Possible delay due to destination country’s custom inspection also should be expected.

*International Small Packet – This is an economy postage using local postal services. Tracking number will be provided. Please be informed that we are not liable to compensate on delay in delivery, loss or damage on item posted using this service.
